If you want to book an appointment with me, have any questions about psychotherapy, or need help finding a therapist, please call for a free consultation, or e-mail me with your questions or comments.

If you are thinking about starting therapy with me, it's important that we speak briefly over the phone. This will give me an opportunity to get a sense of who you are and why you are coming to therapy, and to help make sure that psychotherapy with me is what you are looking for. It will also provide you with the opportunity to ask me any questions not addressed on this site, and allow us to set up an initial appointment day and time (sometimes a very complicated process!).

The initial interview is free. It allows you to tell me about yourself in more detail - we can start to explore who you are and the reasons you are seeking therapy, and you can get a feel for what it will be like to work with me.

Location

My office is located at 200 St. Clair Avenue West, Suite 401-W, at the corner of St. Clair and Avenue Road. The central location is easily accessible by TTC (a five-minute streetcar trip from either St. Clair or St. Clair West subway stations) or by car (street parking is available as well as a parking lot with a $10.00 flat fee).
